A proxy form is not required to vote since all members are entitled to vote BY MAIL on any matter where they would have been permitted to vote IN-PERSON should they have attended a meeting. Our Bylaws specifically allow for mail-in-voting.
The Proxy Form aids the community in establishing a quorum at Member Meetings / Annual Meetings. Establishing a quorum is the first step in the POA or Members conducting business at any scheduled meeting.
Another Member may serve as a Proxy for only one other Member. Please do not submit this form without asking if a Member will serve as your Proxy.
